Optimized for concentrating and desalting proteins, antibodies, viruses from chromatography fractions, cell-culture supernatants, fermentation broths, and biological fluids, the Centricon Plus-70 centrifugal filter device can also be used for exchanging buffers. In 25 minutes, the device concentrates 70 mL down to 350 mL, with typical concentration factors between 50X and 200X and sample recoveries >90%.
