The Sorvall RC-6 Plus is a powerful, compact centrifuge that combines functionality, safety, and reliability in a user-friendly design. It offers high processing speeds of up to 22,000 rpm with RCFs to 55,200 X g; high-capacity processing up to four liters; maximum sample protection by spinning samples at atmospheric pressure; a safety-oriented design, which meets CE and CSA safety standards without needing to be anchored to the floor; and a versatile range of rotors. It has a 30-program memory, allowing common protocols to be stored and retrieved easily, allowing flexibility in a multi-user environment, but also includes a password-protected, software-enabling feature that can limit access.
