They are: Corrosion--Remedial Measures; Measurement & Control--Odorization; Measurement & Control--Compressor Stations and Transmission Lines; Abnormal Operating Conditions/Properties of Natural Gas. The teams will propose qualification requirements for their respective covered tasks as defined by the regulations and previously agreed upon by member companies. Team proposals will include specific test requirements, questions, and training outlines.
Of the 69 identified covered tasks, the Phase I and Phase II teams addressed 53 with the remaining 16 covered tasks to be addressed in Phase III. The teams are expected to include LDC content experts and, when appropriate, transmission company experts, consultants, contractors, regulatory representatives, union personnel and manufacturer representatives.
