Crosstex Energy, L.P. and Crosstex Energy Inc. announced that Leldon (Lel) E. Echols will join the board of directors of Crosstex Energy GP, LLC (the general partner of Crosstex Energy GP, L.P., the general partner of the Partnership) and the board of directors of the corporation to fill the vacancies created by Frank M. Burke Jr., who announced his retirement in 2007.
