The announced retirement of Enbridge Energy Company Inc. President Dan C. Tutcher on May I will bring about a number of personnel changes. Tutcher will be nominated for election to the Enbridge Inc. Board of Directors on May 3. Upon Tutcher's retirement, Stephen J.J. Letwin, group vice president, Gas Strategy & Corporate Development for Enbridge Inc.

in Calgary, will be appointed executive vice president, Gas Transportation and International. Letwin will relocate to Houston and assume overall responsibility for Enbridge's natural gas businesses and for the Partnership. Terrence "Terry" L. McGill, currently COO and vice president, will be named president of the Partnership's management company and general partner. McGill and Douglas V. Krenz, president of Enbridge Offshore Pipelines, will report to Letwin.
