Chairman of Natural Gild Transco plc, Sir John Parker, Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering, will be the 69th recipient of the Melchett Medal, the Institute of Energy's annual award. Sir John will receive the award for his outstanding services to the energy industry. He will be awarded the medal on June 26.
