> A new Gas Technology Institute subsidiary, Innovative Discovery Technologies LLC, (IDT), has been created in partnership with Surdam Consulting, Inc. of Laramie, WY, to capture unconventional gas reserves. IDT's techniques have been tested in 25 basins around the world. In blind tests arranged by producers, IDT's crew `discovered' five giant gas accumulations in the United States and Canada alone, totaling 39 TCE Several commercial wildcats have also been drilled utilizing IDT technologies.
