The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has published a user's manual for the home health prospective payment system (PPS) PC Pricer Software used to calculate expected payment amounts on home health PPS claims or to validate the accuracy of payments received. The manual contains definitions of the fields on each screen of the home health PPS PC Pricer program, as well as detailed claim-entry procedures, sample screens and reports, and printing instructions.

The manual can be viewed and downloaded by section. It also is available as a single document to allow users to download and store all the information in one file.
