Editor-in-chief named for Healthcare Financial Management Magazine - HFMA News - Brief Article

Healthcare Financial Management, June, 2002

Robert Fromberg has been named editor-in-chief of HEALTHCARE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT magazine. He brings to the organization more than 15 years of health-care publishing experience.

"I am delighted to be joining this excellent team to produce a magazine with such an outstanding reputation," says Fromberg. "Moving forward, we will be working hard to understand our readers' needs and to meet them with a readable, informative publication."

Fromberg previously served as vice president, communications and marketing, at the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society, Chicago, Illinois. He also has held the position of associate director of Health Administration Press, a division of the Foundation of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Chicago, Illinois. Fromberg is a frequent lecturer of English and journalism at Northwestern University and a prolific writer, having written more than 25 books and monographs on health care for the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois, as well as numerous articles relating to health issues.
