HFMA has been added to the 2003 Associations Advance America Honor Roll for its leadership of the PATIENT FRIENDLY BILLING[R] project, an ongoing effort to help healthcare organizations produce clear, correct, concise, and patient-friendly financial communications. The honor, awarded by the American Society of Association Executives, recognizes the vital role associations play in helping the nation adapt to complex and changing times.
