The PATIENT FRIENDLY BILLING[R] project recently released a newsletter, The Patient Friendly Focus, as part of its ongoing effort to help healthcare organizations produce clear, correct, concise, and patient-friendly financial communications. Each edition of the newsletter covers case studies, recent additions to the project's web site, project updates, and upcoming events. The current issue discusses the current vendor-involvement initiative, introduces a new glossary, and previews events at HFMA's Annual National Institute, June 22-26, in Baltimore.
