Dear friends:

One of the things I like most about the healthcare field is its unpredictability: Health care continues to change, evolve, challenge us, and provide opportunities. That unpredictability can keep us engaged and sharp.

You don't always know what's coming, but you can be ready as opportunity comes along.

This year's Annual National Institute is one way we can stay ready to take advantage of the opportunities that come our way. This conference also provides a great chance to recharge--to get reenergized and to go back to your offices excited about the work that you do.

ANI gives you an opportunity to:

* Get tools and ideas you need to achieve outstanding financial and operational results during breakout sessions, preconference programs, and more

* Network with your colleagues at a variety of events, including the Sunday Opening Reception and Annual Chairman's Reception and Banquet

* Share your experiences with other healthcare financial professionals
