Humana, Inc., Louisville, Kentucky, is introducing a health plan for individuals that is designed to offer affordable health coverage and greater choice of physicians. The new plan, HumanaOne, is the company's first individual health insurance product for those who do not have health insurance through an employer.

Humana is offering the plan in Illinois and Ohio. The plan will be offered in additional markets later this year and next year.
