Adding soy sauce flavor to dishes

Adding soy sauce flavor to dishes is now possible without adding dark color. Fermented soy sauce powder #5317 is light in color and taste, and free of additives. This product is cream-colored and formulated to be used in non-Asian dishes where a mild, fermented flavor is desired. The powder can be used in lighter colored applications such as cheese sauces, stews, gravies, seasonings, cocktail mixes and juices, dressings, soups and other foods. Spray-dried onto a dextrin carrier, it is completely soluble in water and is also available in a concentrate form.
