A clean-tasting soy protein isolate, Prolisse[TM] can be used in a wide range of beverages. Cargill's Soy Protein Solutions team has developed some prototypes that fall in nicely with current beverage trends. Each beverage has 7g of Prolisse soy protein isolate per serving. Soyccino is a powdered beverage blend that can be combined with hot or iced water or milk to create a drink with freshly-brewed, dark roasted coffee flavor.
