Red Arrow Products Company

Prepared Foods, Feb, 2003

Red Arrow Products Company LLC manufactures smoke, grill and roast flavors, as well as browning agents. The addition of culinary professionals to the research and development team has expanded Red Arrow's potential in both food and meat applications. Our Corporate Chef, Melissa Ventura, has led the culinary staff into this expansion of new ideas and varied approaches to foods.

Melissa Ventura is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. Before arriving at Red Arrow, she had a distinguished career in the Milwaukee restaurant circle. Being the head of the kitchen staff at an eclectic restaurant, which changed menus monthly, allowed Melissa to hone her skills at exhibiting new trends and developing unique spins on traditional foods.

Red Arrow has embraced the industry trend supported by the Research ChefAssociation in combining the ideas of food scientists and culinary professionals to create a more complete research and development staff.

Red Arrow's food scientists are continually developing new technologies that enhance particular notes or characteristics to create unique grill, smoke and roast flavor profiles. The culinary staff utilizes the unique products to create innovative food applications. This depth and diversity in the Red Arrow staff has benefited customers in several ways. The culinary staff at Red Arrow has assisted in creating ideas for all areas of the food and meat industries from sauces, to seasoning blends, to all types of protein systems. Their knowledge of individual characteristics of the Red Arrow products, coupled with their ability to work with a variety of food systems, makes Red Arrow a complete creative resource to their customers looking for new and innovative ideas.
