Beginning with the commercial synthesis of vitamin C in the 1930s, Roche Vitamins has been a leader in research, development, production and marketing of vitamins, carotenoids and essential fatty acids. Our product portfolio meets the diverse application needs of the food industry.

* Vitamins

Roche provides all thirteen vitamins in many forms, depending on the vitamin and application: crystalline, as oil, with a protective coating or in a protective matrix as a dry powder. A global network of vitamin plants produces nutrient blends that cater to the specific needs of our customers.

* Carotenoids

Roche produces several different carotenoids for a wide range of food applications yielding hues from yellow to red. Beta-carotene and apocarotenal also provide vitamin A activity. Using water dispersible powders combines high color potency with significantly reduced staining.

* Essential Fatty Acids

By utilizing more than 60 years of manufacturing experience, Roche has developed ROPUFA[R] n-3 Food Oil and Powder, a new generation of taste-free oils rich in omega-3 LC PUFA (long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids). ROPUFA Food Oil and Powder are kosher non-hydrogenated marine oils designed for a wide array of food applications.
