Fixin' flax pizza with pizzazz

A healthy, flaxseed-based, low-net-carb pizza crust technology was introduced to convention goers at Natural Products Expo West (March 4-6, Anaheim, Calif.). The pizza crust uses up to 15% of Pizzey's Milling's (Angusville, Manitoba) SelectGrad[TM] "Ultra-Fine" whole-milled flaxseed, contributing 1,100mg of healthy Omega-3s per serving.
