Worldwide Food Expo '97

Covering more than a half million net square feet of the hall floor, the exhibits will feature innovations in processing technology, packaging machinery and materials, ingredients and product development, instrumentation and controls, material handling and sanitation. In addition, more than 60 educational workshops will present news on food safety, HACCP, merchandising, export opportunities, regulations, management and technologies.

Participating sponsors of the expo include the American Meat Institute, Dairy and Food Industries Supply Assoc., International Dairy Foods Assoc., and the National Food Processors Assoc. IPA organizers also will participate in the expo, promoting the 1998 International Food Manufacturing Week to be held in October in Paris.
