The Therma-Dri System uses a combination of microwave and thermal contact heating to determine moisture in samples that previously could not be dried with microwave energy alone.

The Smart Trac System is for fat and moisture analysis. It partners high-performance NMR technology with microwave drying to yield fast, accurate results without solvent or calibration. The system can determine both free and chemically bound fat. Changes in the texture, color or uniformity of the sample do not affect accuracy.
