Robertet Flavors introduces an assortment of chocolate flavors to help food technologists add a bit of decadence to new products. The flavor line includes five chocolate types: Bitter, Bittersweet, Milk, Semisweet and White. They come in liquid, dry and N&A varieties. Applications include beverage, dairy, frozen desserts and soy.
