A series of advanced specialty starches

A series of advanced specialty starches called Textra[R] provide desirable mouthfeel to beverages. These starches contribute lubricity and oil-like properties without the sliminess associated with some other hydrocolloids. The starches also help minimize the undesirable aftertaste associated with certain ingredients such as artificial sweeteners.

Made from tapioca, these starches do not mask delicate flavors and provide a clean flavor profile.
