Lilly has been a mainstay of U.S. women's soccer since 1987, when she started her first seven games for the Women's National Team. She was one of 20 Women's United Soccer Assn. Founding Players, and the Boston Breakers' inaugural season captain and Most Valuable Player.
"The Stonyfield Farm Strong Women campaign is about educating women about health nutrition and fitness, and honoring the many ways that women stay strong, emotionally, mentally, and physically," said Gary Hirshberg, pres./ CEO. "By working with role models like Kristine Lilly, we are providing the tools necessary to help inspire women and girls around the country to take care of themselves, so that they may in turn contribute to positive efforts in their communities and the world."
Lilly will also be a speaker at Stonyfield Farm's Strong Woman Summit, Nov. 14-16, at Mohonk Mountain House in New Paltz, N.Y.
