Butter to flow again

New Zealand and the European Union have reached an interim arrangement to allow their disputed butter trade to resume but have been unable to agree on a long-term settlement. The European Commission suspended New Zealand's annual quota of nearly 77,000 tons of butter in July following a European Court ruling over a bilateral trade agreement.
