* Once again we present a
snapshot of the global bigwigs
in dairy. The players are the
same as last year, but the order
has changed. Nestle remains the
top dairy company in the world,
as it was a year ago. The two
French concerns, Danone and
Lactalis have moved ahead of
Dean Foods. And Fonterra has
surpassed DFA. Exactly half of
the top 10 grew sales in 2006
over 2005.
