Kraft Foods North America Inc. is encouraging retailers to "come on board" as it pulls out all the stops in its first fully-integrated holiday promotion since acquiring Nabisco Holdings last December. In the company's largest-ever holiday promotion, more than 48 different brands across the Kraft Foods and Nabisco trademarks will be featured in an integrated "We'll Deliver Your Holiday Wishes" promotion.
