Chr. Hansen's North American headquarters located in Milwaukee, Wis., has streamlined its organization, building on the desire "to have a straight line of sight to our customers," according to Chr. Hansen President Don Combs. Customer Service, Product Management and Sales and Marketing have been combined into a single, customer-focused group.

A stronger combined Technology Resource Group now includes Product Development, Molecular Biology, Quality Assurance, Technical Support, Applications and an Applications Center, which is soon to be built. A streamlined Senior Management Team is now better connected to customers, product and process, according to the company.
