Davisco Foods International, Inc., Eden Prairie, Minn.--Michael Bednarek named national sales mgr. He will be responsible for sales of Davisco Foods' specialty whey protein hydrolysates and whey protein fractions to national accounts. Bednarek was most recently sales development mgr. for Nutrinova, Inc.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Natural Science from St. John's University. Bednarek has also taken additional coursework in Food Science at the University of Minnesota. Angela Broadwater named marketing assistant. She will conduct market research and work on promotional and advertising campaigns with both Davisco Foods and the Whey Protein Institute. Broadwater was most recently employed with the Fastenal Company. Sean Fogarty named customer service mgr. He will be the primary contact for customer order information.
