TIC Gums

TIC Gums has developed a new hydrocolloid system called TICamulsion[TM]. It is currently undergoing final testing in TIC's new dairy pilot plant laboratory and awaiting approval for use in foods. TlCamulsion is comprised of a series of hydrocolloids, including modified gum Arabic. It comes as a free-flowing, spray-dried powder, and provides emulsification to a variety of foods including beverages and cultured products.
