MILAN Italy--Aldo Uva, president and CEO of Parmalat USA & Mexico has resigned In November the company announced the creation of a new organizational structure, adding that Uva is leaving to pursue, other professional interests. Parmalat USA, the Bakery Division and Parmalat Canada will be integrated under the Parmalat North America Region.
