With over 100 units delivered--and still operating--to ice cream processors worldwide, the model 1000-PLC is Sawvel's best-selling piece of equipment. With prices starting at $21,000, the dual station, semiautomatic 1000-PLC featuring bottom-up volumetric fill and continuous flow can be tooled from 32 ounce to 3-gallon containers of all shapes.

Sawvel also offers two 700-1s. The model 700-1, which is for processors who need to fill more than one size or container shape, starts at $45,575. It can be tooled from 48 ounce to 6-quart sizes, both round and Square-Round. The Model 700-1 delivers speeds from 15 to 40 containers per minute. It is particularly ideal for producers who want to fill both five quart and Square-Rounds on one machine.

The model 700-1-SQRND is for those processors who need a dedicated Square-Round filler. This fully automatic filler can be tooled from 48 ounce to 64 ounce containers. With prices beginning at $52,000, the 700-1-SQRND is for high volume users desiring relatively high production speeds.

For manufacturers of super premium ice creams for which pattern integrity is paramount, the model 130LP-SQRND is the best choice. This fully automatic rotary filler featuring bottom-up volumetric fill and continuous flow can be tooled from 48 ounce to 64 ounce containers. Container fill speeds for this model ranges from 25 to 60 containers per minute.

The model 80 filler features the option of tamper evident sealing. Featuring fully automatic denesting, the model 80 provides dual lane speeds to 120 containers per minute and 75 containers per minute with tamper-evident sealer.
