AGC Engineering, Manassas, Va.-- Allan Atchinson joins as a senior sales engineer in the Sanitary Plate Heat Exchanger Division, based in Schaumburg, Ill. Allan brings 22 years of industry experience.

Charkit Chemical Corp., Darien Conn. -- Pano A. Yannopoulous joins as v.p. of sales, and Aimee Millette joins as customer service representative. Yannopoulous was formerly associated with Aceto Corp. Millette was formerly associated with Scheufelen North America.

Silliker Inc., Homewood, Ill.--Jim Ondyak appointed v.p. of sales and marketing, with responsibility for the technical service and marketing groups in Homewood and the South Holland Ill.-based research center. Bradley Stawick named laboratory director of the Chicago Heights testing facility. Ondyak most recently was v.p. of corporate marketing & eBusiness and process division president for Ondeo Nalco. Stawick has been with Silliker since 1992, most recently serving as microbiological operations mgr. at the Illinois laboratory.
