Quest Diagnostics and CVS last month began test marketing a series of laboratory testing services in the Tampa/St. Petersburg, Fla., and the Columbus, Ohio, markets. Shoppers will be able to select from a menu of 12 health tests, including tests measuring cholesterol level or screening against diabetes. The tests, which call for either blood or urine samples, range in price from $40 to $115.
