SWAMPSCOTT, Mass -- ARR Health Technologies has introduced Wave Buster, a patented mobile phone accessory that has a natural ability to absorb radiation and heat created by the phone, in the U.S. and Canadian markets. Made of a ceramic based material, Wave Buster consists of two parts, one to cover the earpiece and a second that attached at the base of the antenna. Cell phones emit microwave radiation, which is potentially dangerous.

The effectiveness of Wave Buster has been "proven in laboratories around the world, and it does not hard phone transmission, reception or battery life," noted Richard Brudnick, ARR's president. He added, "It will be years before we know the final answer about cell phones [safety]. But we can take steps today to reduce our risk."

Wave Buster is compatible with all mobile telephones. The suggested retail price is $26.99. Extensive in-store and promotional support is planned.
