Executive News--Helen of Troy has appointed David Ruben vice president of sales for its retail personal care division, where he will oversee the wellness, pet, hotel, Invacare and ladies' shaver product lines. Ruben previously was president and chief executive officer of American Design Group, where he was instrumental in product development, brand building and acquisitions, growing retail distribution locally and overseeing day-to-day operations.
