GOSHEN, Ind. -- Goshen Health System has agreed to sell its four Park Pharmacy stores in Indiana to CVS for an undisclosed sum.
The stores in Nappanee, Goshen and Syracuse closed at the top of the month. The store in Middlebury will remain open and will be operated by Park Pharmacy through next month. "New technology, Internet sales and competition from national chains have impacted our customer base and created an uncertain economic future," the company noted.
