CARTERET, N.J. -- Pathmark Stores has selected David Jessick, former senior executive vice president and chief administrative officer for Rite Aid, as non-executive chairman. Jessick succeeds James Moody, who did not stand for re-election.
The move comes three months after Pathmark announced the appointment of former Rite Aid senior vice president, chief administrative officer and chief financial officer, John Standley, as the new chief executive officer.
