General Mills Nature Valley is introducing a new face to the cereal aisle with two Nature Valley cereal SKUs launching this month. The brand anticipates full distribution by the end of February with introductory flavors oats and honey and cinnamon.
The fully integrated consumer-marketing plan consists of television, a strategic online presence and various print media. Retailers also will see coupons, in-store media, sampling, merchandising and joint-marketing efforts with Nature Valley Granola Bars.
"We are thrilled to introduce this new cereal under the Nature Valley brand," said marketing manager Arya Badiyan. "The cereal is 100 percent natural and provides another time in the day to connect with our consumer."
