LOS ANGELES -- Neutrogena has shifted several positions in its beauty care business resulting from the departure of Jeff Nugent, the company's former worldwide president, who left to take the helm of Revlon in January. Cindy Zielinski has been promoted to vice president of Neutrogena. She will take over the responsibilities left by Michael McNamara, who was promoted to Nugent's position.

Zielinski formerly served as marketing director of cleansing and acne. Audrey Sommerfeld, former director of hair care, is now director of moisturizing treatments and sun care products. Tracy Stokes, former marketing manager in the cleansing and acne group, is now product director of cleansing and acne. Brendan McLoughlin, former marketing manager in the hair care group, is now director of hair care.
