Revlon this month rolled out High Dimension Color Accents Highlighting Kit, which promises salon-quality highlights in 10 minutes to 30 minutes. The kits, available in three shades, blonde, honey and burgundy, include a special Revlon High Dimension applicator-comb that releases color as it pulls through the hair, as well as shampoo-in toner to balance brassy tones that may occur.
