JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The U.S. Bankruptcy Court has agreed to transfer Winn-Dixie's Chapter 11 case from the Southern District of New York to its hometown of Jacksonville. The grocer stated that it does not expect the move to significantly delay or otherwise materially impact its reorganization proceedings.
