NEW YORK -- The American Lung Association and NexCura unveil a pair of free Web-based health care information and education tools to help asthma and airborne allergy sufferers breathe easier. The tools are available on the Web site of the American Lung Association at www.lungusa.org.

"Despite numerous drugs and treatments, many people are still not managing their asthma and airborne allergies properly," stated John Kirkwood, president and chief executive officer of the American Lung Association. "That's where [this Web site] can make a positive impact."

The tools available on the site include medical literature, a personalized analysis of their asthma or allergy condition, a customized report of treatment options and key questions they should discuss with their physician.
