Cellular One named Jack Rottenberger as a regional director for the Detroit area. EDS Management Consulting Services appointed Paul Orme director of interactive services consulting. ORA Electronics named Ken Anderson as national sales manager. Jeff Pison joined the communications law and engineering firm of Lukas, McGowan, Nace and Gutierrez as its new general manager of network construction. Bell Atlantic Corp. recently reported a new line-up of senior officers. Lawrence Babbio was named executive vice president and chief operating officer, and John Gamba was appointed to senior vice president of corporate and human resources.
The Telecom Industry Group of Andersen Consulting named Richard Siber to director of wireless communications for the Americas. Octel Communications Corp. appointed Michael Gilbert as vice president of engineering. Sprint/Centel-Illinois' James Ogg retired as president following 36 years in the telephone industry.
