InterDigital reports corporate re-engineering, cost reduction

InterDigital Communications Corp. reported a major corporate re-engineering and staff reduction. Company officials said a top-to-bottom corporate right-sizing and the elimination of overlapping functions would allow InterDigital to have rapid response to worldwide requests for its broadband-code division multiple access (B-CDMA) and time division multiple access (TDMA) wireless communication technology.
