Caption: Anheuser-Busch Cos. Inc. said it is expanding its family of flavored-mall beverages to include Bacardi Silver Limon, a new lemon-infused drink. In February 2002, the world's largest brewer launched a rum-flavored Bacardi Silver beverage, then rolled out two variations lost year--03, a drink named for the juice of three types of oranges, and Raz, a raspberry-spiked drink. "This is a category that remains important to Anheuser-Busch," Marlene Coulis, director of new products said. "Our tastes in our whole (Bacardi Silver) line we call refreshing and not too sweet." Anheuser-Busch said it has a 28 percent share of all spirit-branded flavored malt beverages, and Coulis said Anheuser-Busch has the opportunity to increase its market share. Limon will he packaged in six-packs of 12- and 24-ounce bottles, 16-ounce plastic containers and smaller barrel sizes at A-B's brewery in Baldwinsville, New York, where the company already makes its Bacardi malternatives.
