Modern Brewery Age, March 15, 2004

Dragon's Mouth Barley Wine is the first in a series of bottle-conditioned "Cellar Reserve" beers from Grand Teton Brewing Co. (More information at left). The brand is 10.5% alcohol by volume, and is made with Idaho barley malt and local alfalfa honey, and hopped with German Perle and American Centennial.

It is dry-hopped with British Brambling Cross hops. Brewmaster Rob Mullin notes, "Since this beer has such a high alcohol content, we are suggesting that retailers pour it in an 8-oz, stem glass. This will ensure that the beer will be enjoyed responsibly. The brand was released March 1st.
