Fuller's gets new packaging

Modern Brewery Age, March 28, 2005

Distinguished Brands International, importer for Fuller's ales, reports that the packaging for Fuller's has been revamped with new graphics. "The new designs showcase each brand in a way that is bold, eye-catching and confident--which is exactly how we feel about the award-winning beers contained inside," said David Spencer, Fuller's brands marketing manager.

"We introduced this design because we wanted to make a much bigger impact on the shelf and we wanted to make sure the quality of our packaging reflected the quality of the beers." Spencer reports that the carriers are color coded by brand: deep red for London Pride; royal blue for the ESB; and hunter green for London Porter. Spencer noted that the latter brand was recently voted the world's finest porter by www.ratebeer.com. Spencer concluded: "Now Fuller's world-class ales look as good as they taste!"
