Full Sail Brewing Co. of Head River, OR, reports it is celebrating the advent of employee ownership of the company with a full line of revamped packaging. The labels will feature Full Sail's logo, with a background illustration of Oregon's Mt. Hood, and the words "brewed and bottled by the employee-owned Full Sail Brewing Company.

"The new design will grace package of the brewery's Amber Ale, IPA and Very Special Pale (the last brand has now been renamed Full Sail Pale Ale). The company's spring seasonal ESB was also released this past month with the new packaging. "We wanted to convey the message to consumers of what employee ownership means," said Irene Firmat, Full Sail founder and CEO. "To us, it means the ultimate commitment is extended to our customers in very beer we brew."
