Caption: Boulevard Brewing Co. of Kansas City, MO, has announced that their summer seasonal, Zon Belgian-style witbier, will be sold at retail beginning April 15th. Zon, the Flemish word for "sun," is the name chosen for the Boulevardier's interpretation of a Belgian wit, made with wheat and flavored with coriander and orange peel. "Zon was fashioned for the warm summer months ahead," said Steven Pauwels, Boulevard's head brewer and a Belgian himself. "It's a perfect complement to summer activities."
