Pamela Hinckley, director of marketing, Chinook Ales; Barbara Cairns, executive director, Long Live the Kings; Clay Mackey, owner, Chinook Wines; David Hulbert, marketing manager, Whole Foods Market recently announced they have raised $13,000 for Long Live the Kings (LLTK). LLTK is a private non-profit organization devoted to the restoration of wild salmon to the waters of the Pacific Northwest. Whole Foods Market donated five percent of the store's sale dollars to LLTK during its Community Support Day on June 25, 2003. Chinook Ales and Chinook Wines also contributed cash donations. "We are pleased to team up with Whole Foods Market to benefit Long Live the Kings," said Kay Simon, co-owner of Chinook Wines. "Whole Foods Market's Community Support Day is a great way to help raise funds for and awareness of wild salmon restoration."
